Can you believe spring is finally here?!
That was some winter.
Wow.
It has been such a challenging, strange and difficult time.
I hope you have been staying healthy and coping OK with the weirdness and isolation.
The light returning and the sudden increase in beautiful birds here in New England has been very uplifting.
I think we are all ready to head outside and see people and places in safe ways.
I have spent the last few months trying to figure out what media consumption and processing scenario works best for me now.
I felt so vigilant about keeping up with the news (with good reason) for so long. Like all of us, I’m trying to process both the trauma of the past four years and also figure out what things looks like and feel like moving forward.
I’ve been trying to see what works for me and what doesn’t and be present to the fact that things are still really hard in many ways, but to also notice that in many ways they are better.
Much better.

What are you looking forward to this spring and what will you miss from this odd year?
I know I have liked being home in front of the fire and reading more books. We also grew some beautiful CBD hemp last summer, which was really fun and gave us an activity to distract us through spring, summer and fall.
I have made some marvelous CBD Salve and Massage oil to help deal with pain and inflammation that is also really great for the skin.
Our hemp grew beautifully and we harvested, dried it and then I steeped it for months in Extra Virgin Olive Oil that had been first infused with Balsam needles for months!
I used the powerful CBD and Balsam oil to make some beautiful CBD salve. I have just 12 two ounce jars of this homemade salve made with the infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Beeswax, Organic Virgin Coconut Oil and Vitamin E!
I used pretty green jars for this potent and glorious salve. (Can you tell I’m quite pleased with it?)
I am charging $20 for each of them.
CBD products can’t be sold on Etsy (who knew? I put them on Etsy so nicely, just to have them taken off!)
