As well as you can in these crazy times.
I have made up some new antiviral room sprays with three essential oils that a respected aromatherapist refers to as “the holy trinity of respiratory antivirals: niaouli, eucalyptus radiata and ravintsara (C. camphora ct. cineole)”. I added Rosemary, too, because I love it and it has strong historic anti-viral properties. (Of course none of these essential oils have been tested on the novel coronavirus we are dealing with now, but they have been shown to be anti-viral in general.)
They are also good for respiratory illnesses in general (help with congestion and such). Essential oils do work synergistically together and can kill viruses and bacteria that are airborne.
I initially made them up and gave them to my family to use in the cars or in their spaces after people come visit or drop something off. They smell good and their use is an extra protective layer that obviously does not replace handwashing, mask wearing or social distancing.
People have liked them and so I made another batch. (It has been really tricky getting supplies like bottles and essential oils!)
