Magic Face oil!

Next Friday December 4th from 8am to 4pm is the Craft Fair at the hospital where I work (Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield MA). I’ve stopped doing all other craft fairs because they are a crazy amount of work and time. Instead I’ve been focusing more and more on teaching and one on one clients, but I can’t seem to let go of this one craft fair. It’s like a party with so many familiar faces and people coming back to stock up on the homemade herbal products I make.
This coming week will be filled with the familiar clank of blue bottles sterilizing in boiling water while I enjoy making the potions and labeling them up.
I hope to see some of your faces at the craft fair, but for all of you that are too far away or can’t make it; let me know if you’d like anything and I’ll send it to you!

Blue bottles for massage oil and sprays
This year I got these adorable little bottles with a dropper. I am going to make up a new facial moisturizing oil that is going to be amazing. I have been experimenting with different carrier oils and essential oils to find the perfect blend that is light, smells delicious and soothes and moisturizes the delicate skin of the face. You only need a few small drops and it soaks in very nicely.
I’ve been researching ingredients and have gathered a beautiful combination to help nourish and heal skin.
These are the base carrier oils:

Marula Oil is known as Africa’s beauty secret, It is light but moisturizing, healing your skin and absorbing quickly.
Argan Oil Another light and healing base oil that has been used in Morocco for healing the skin.
Camellia Oil is quickly absorbed into the lower layers of the skin so it helps diminish fine lines and wrinkles.
Black Cumin Oil is another quickly absorbed oil that nourishes the skin, fights acne and has anti-inflammatory properties.
Jojoba Oil is actually a wax that is very soothing and light on the skin.
And then the fragrant natural essential oils:

Frankincense: A beautiful healing oil for skin, great for healing scars; that adds radiance to the skin.
Neroli: extracted from orange flower blossoms this oil has been used for skin care and relaxation for centuries.
Rose: tones the skin and improves the texture of the skin through its soothing properties.
Cypress: helps dispel puffiness and is very calming and grounding.
Clary Sage: is anti-inflammatory and is helpful with acne; also very relaxing to inhale.
I’m also adding some flower essences which help the skin to mobilize to heal itself on an energetic level.
A gathering of the ingredients I have been experimenting with over the last few months for the perfect face-oil.
Yum! I am so excited to offer this to you. I’ve only got 5 of these small dropper bottles and one is for me 🙂 so let me know if you want to try this face oil. The ingredients are very pricey so they will be $20 each.
OK, back to boiling bottles and making up labels.
Lots of love to you.
xoxo
