The days are so short and the nights are so long this time of year. Winter Solstice is this Saturday the 21st.
The Solstice is always so heartening because even though we are in the dead of winter and the days are so short, the light begins to return.
Here is to celebrating the return of the light even when things are dark and cold.
I hope you are taking some time for quiet and rest during this sometimes crazy time of year.
Let yourself do a bit of hibernating, reading by the fire or taking a snow day off!

There are some of the larger $20 flax seed filled microwave warmies, as well as some lovely bracelets with an accompanying lemon, wild orange, grapefruit or peppermint essential oil (to diffuse the oil on the absorbent lava beads).
